I purchased a bag from their UK website. However, I changed my mind when I received, it seemed smaller then I expected. So I returned it without using with tag and original packaging. It’s been almost one month since the day I returned and still I haven’t received clear response about when will I receive the refund or when they will be able to give a response.
It has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in the UK so far.
Update: Thanks for your response. I have provided my order number and receipt that I received from post office in the email I had shared with you on 29/12/2025 and 07/01/2026. I also have sent several follow up emails but haven’t received any response.

I ordered a bag and sent it back before Christmas. I am and have been waiting for a refund since and made contact on 3/4 occasions and only had 1 response to send information and still not received a reply or my refund!!! Will not be dealing with this company again!!!! The worst customer service ever!! Will be going to the ombudsman

Placed an order way before Christmas, which was delivered to the wrong address. Spoke to someone very helpful on the phone, who kindly advised it would be sent back to Kate Spade and refunded. I then emailed as it had been weeks and I still hadn’t recieved my refund. I then recieved an email response to ask if I’d like a refund or a replacement. I asked for a refund, however it’s been two months with no refund and I’ve emailed multiple times and rung multiple times with no response. Avoid at all costs! I’ll be taking this further.

I genuinely could not recommend shopping here any less, I ordered my bag on the 23rd of december and I get that it’s a busy time but on the same day it got dispatched but NOTHING has happened since then, and they have changed the delivery dates twice. I have emailed them TWICE and little to no help, in the second email they said that they contacted the courier to prioritise my package but nothing has yet to happen. So disappointing as a first time customer was really hoping for a good experience, I don’t plan to purchase from here again.

I bought a bag online - and had a query.. so I rang the Regent Street store - spoke to Liliana.
She got back to me super quick and solved the mystery - and 2 days later - a lovely bag arrived!

I would like to give zero stars obviously.
Bought a bag online on 14 December. Delivery promised for 19 December. Didn't happen obviously. delays with courier GLS who are very busy etc. etc. Promised delayed delivery on 29 December. Again no delivery. Unbelievably poor tracking software says package is in Ireland on 29 December and today its 8 January and no delivery, no real updates or reliable future delivery estimate. Website says they use DPD but they don't. Complete shambles. No point in worrying about your brand and then entrusting delivery to such a poor courier service.

Do not order! They have rubbish customer service that take forever to investigate the individual case. For context I ordered two bags in different colours to choose between. The one I liked arrived damaged so I returned that for an exchange and the other colour for a refund. Their team has refunded my exchange (when the item is still in stock!!) and they have done nothing with the other colour which should have been refunded. I’m now short on money and lacking the items. Not a great experience and one they’re failing to resolve. I will never be shopping here again and recommend that you don’t too!!

Extremely similar issues to the other recent 1 star reviews.
I placed an order on the 26th November and the order update says ‘shipped’ but I don’t actually believe that’s the case. I’ve been waiting for this Christmas gift for a significant amount of time now (as have others) from a super reputable company. Never again will I be ordering from here if the customer service is this bad where they cannot tell you when it will be delivered and just fob you off on emails. The phone lines are shut because they are ‘busy’ for Christmas. Well Kate Spade, welcome to the world of retail where everywhere is busy but less reputable companies than you still have a competent customer service and tracking information.

Ordered a Christmas gift , ordered well in time , got email confirming my order , the money was taken and then nothing, got in touch with customer service, they said they had no record of it so I sent them a copy of my confirmation and then nothing.............. no further response, this is supposed to be a luxury brand , not a luxury service and feel very let down
