than pleased with my purchase - absolutely love it all - only issue was delivery - I tracked delivery - it was out for delivery Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday was eventually delivered on the Thursday - however didn’t think it would be delivered that quickly anyway - and my purchase more than made up for delivery saga. I will add to my collection - would recommend

Purchased another Reed diffuser and this one is lovely and strong again. Delightful to have and looks a lot better than the plastic ones we purchase from stores- lasts much longer too!
The cards are lovely- of course- and I’m in half a mind to keep them for myself! Everything by took some time to arrive, about two weeks, but arrived safe and well

Received two lovely products in my first online order from Kate of Kensington, (other purchases were made at my local garden centre). Approximately 9 days from ordering to being received so not too long to wait and packaged well for transit...perfect! Another order due imminently of my first "seconds" large platter and I'm looking forward to receiving that too. I can't tell you how helpful Gemma was. I wanted the personalised Elephant family print. I knew the order I wanted the names to be and via emails she sent me a proof which was spot on first time. She had even made the various levels of relationships within the family different sizes. Absolutely outstanding.
