Ordered coasters with a matching pheasant diffuser + a pack of festive pheasant Christmas cards, the order arrived promptly & all of the items are of very good quality, the designs are very eye catching & look amazing

Nice item but really disappointed it was not in a little box for the money they cost as this was for a present Loads of packing. Advise not to use Hermes delivery driver lied about not able to get access to property on day it was suppose to arrive. I was in and waiting and a friend in the same street was given same time slot from Hermes yet hers was a house with small front garden with a sign on the wall with her number and road on she never got hers either. Then told I'd get email next day with a time slot. Nothing by 1pm then told when I phoned Hermes that the email would not be generated till they logged on and they can start whatever time they want. Didn't get email till 3pm. Awful service and for this I paid over £5 postage.I had parcels coming from all different delivery services that week and Hermes took the longest to deliver. If your gonna charge your customers so much for postage I suggest you use a more reliable delivery service

I am pleased with the small wash bag but I assumed it would have a waterproof lining.

I purchased the set of 8 x Dinning Mats one of 8 different designs with a matching coaster alibg with 3 x Sharing platters. They arrived within 48 hours of ordering, look great and are good quality. The only delivery comment I would make is to equally distribute weight of mats when packing across two boxes for ease of manouvering them in the house to unpack. I would definitely recommend purchasing

I bought mid sized Marble platters from the website. These arrived well packaged and in perfect condition despite being worried they may arrive damaged.

These now complement my coasters and the large platter in the centre of my kitchen table.

Marble plate has arrived with a crack in it. Several emails sent to the customer services department with no response. This is meant to be a Christmas present, a rather expensive present at that, and now I am left with a marble plate that is cracked.
