I have always loved the collections…
I have always loved the collections here. Everything is great quality and I bought this order as a surprise gift for my mum. The items were great, mugs are a lovely big size. Printing is lovely too. It does say before you order to be aware of any little dents on them as that’s how they come, and I’m fine with that, but it was one big line all the way across the middle of this one which was a bit annoying instead of just the usual small ones. That’s the only reason for losing the final star. I Will always love this company’s products though. Thank you

Lovely fox and rabbit platter
Ordered a large marble platter,I am very pleased with it,
Ordering online was easy, and it was delivered well wrapped and protected,
The courier was Evri, it was delivered 5 days later than the tracking was showing, so was disappointed.
This wasn't Kate of Kensingtons fault as it was dispatched very quickly.

Great service
Great service, quick turn around despite it being the Christmas/New Year period and brilliant quality of products - despite some being seconds. The orders always come well packaged so there’s no breakages/damage to unframed prints etc. Highly recommended.
