Beautiful Coasters
Beautiful Coasters! Friend adored them! Only thing to feedback is Evri who is the courier, extremely slow 2 weeks it took for me to get the parcel even though it was dispatched by Kate Kensington a 3 days or so after order. Just if you need it for a certin date keep that in mind! Otherwise the product is flawless.

Good service
First item was damaged in transit and returned by the courier. However they was an almost instant response to my email they arranged to send another one out that day which was an excellent response. Additionally when the second on arrived you could have dropped it from space with out it getting damaged so they learnt their lesson.

Excellent service!
I've been a loyal customer to Kate of Kensington and I love her designs and images. The website has lots of lovely things to choose from. The ordering and packing team made note of my request in the "comments" box when ordering and added in little extras I had requested for gifting these lovely items. The packaging of items is always well thought out and all items are in perfect condition upon arrival. Excellent service all round!
