From start to finish, this was a very easy process. I was very grateful for the person who explained our options to us as we were figuring out what would be best for our home. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. When they were scheduled to come to our home for installation, Efren was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service overall and we are very happy with our net. We feel very grateful knowing that our pool is secure.

Chris was super professional in both his installation and product knowledge. I know I slowed him down at least an hour asking questions and going off on tangents. Do yall know how many kids and grandkids he has? I know. Get him talking about his family and his eyes light up.

My 2 year old child climbed our pool fence and luckily we were outside when it happened. The safest product on the market is a Katchakid net. Very helpful staff and quick install.

We finally decided to get a cover this year and after doing our research, decided on Katchakid. The whole process has been smooth and seamless. Mat did an excellent job with our installation and instruction. It will be so nice to keep our pool free of leaves and debris this year, especially when we're out of town.

The install went well. There is one area where concrete chipped when drilling and needs a small patch. Also, crew didn't have push broom and left mud throughout the yard. I spent 2 hours cleaning the concrete surface from the mud they tracked. The net itself is good and seems sturdy.

Our experience with Katchakid was so great from beginning to end. Kristie is always quick to answer any questions we have and was lovely to work with. Andrew did the installation. He was efficient and did a beautiful job! He took his time explaining how the katchakid net worked and made sure to answer my questions. Would give more stars if I could! Thank you for the peace of mind! 🙏🏼

It was very easy to get a quote and schedule an installation with no high pressure selling. (I will decline services I want and go to someone else if I feel I am being pressured.) We had gotten the information many months ago but had other priorities at that time. When I contacted Dave so many months later, he got back to me quickly and got the ball rolling. The installer, Rogelio, was very nice, personable, efficient and informative on the use and care of the cover. Administrative staff is also very nice and easy to deal with.
All around great experience. Wish every company we deal with would be like Katchakid.

Only been here 4 months, spent several ours removing oak leaves from my pool, Had a leaf mesh cover installed, and it will save me hours and money this winter, ordering and install, top notch, give these guys a call...thanks Ron

100% satisfied with the whole experience of purchasing the KatchaKid pool safety fence. On the sales side Kyeema was so pleasant, professional, and helpful. She followed up on the quote and installation schedule and stayed on top of it. Chris the installer was very friendly, professional, informative, and did a great job of installation. When he left the yard was picked up and clean. Very satisfied with the quality and appearance. I previously used KatchaKid for a pool safety net about 25 years ago.

We had a wonderful experience with Katchakid. Matt came on install day and he arrived early within the window of time they gave us. Once installed he walked us through everything in detail. It brings such a huge peace of mind knowing that we have this added layer of protection for my 2 year old.
