St Stephens walk
absolute joke of a company requested 31st march had to ring 15th April to ask where meds as none for next day
they had held onto the whole order because of one missing item (1 of 4 of the same thing)
when delivered 4 different meds not in bag so no meds for next morning nothing important just heart kidney diabetes etc
had to ring twice again as first time took so long to NOT answer it disconnected and second time girl had attitude like it was my fault then spoke to same woman as morning call who eventually rang back and said she was going to redo the missing meds as were all on same script but did not know what happened
PURE NEGLIGENCE

just had call and told rest of missing meds will be her this morning
not only was the word SORRY NOT used once during the call but i have missed 4 meds i should have taken by now
NO URGENCY to correct their incompetence/negligence ie i should have been first on their delivery schedule

What an amazing pharmacy next to Tesco’s in West Durrington always friendly no cues great service best pharmacy I’ve ever been in

Kamsons Pharmacy, Wrythe Lane, Carshalton - despite turning up 2 hours late for my Covid vaccination, they fitted me in with a smile. Very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely friendly and extremely well managed pharmacy. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s always bright and clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this store in Meads Eastbourne

Rude and passive-aggressive staff at Penge Kamsons who feel dismissive and unhelpful.
Privacy concerns: I’m worried about how personal information is handled.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me questioning the level of customer care and confidentiality.

I am a regular at Kamsons in Durrington they are such beautiful staff helpful full of support knowledge and if they do not no there try to look it up for you I have seen tears turn to laughter and frowns turned up side down to me there no longer shop staff there friends no more than that there family and as for that CHEEKY HELEN I all was leave with a smile over the years her words have help me so a big thank you to all 10 STARS NOT 5

The staff at Durrington Kamsons, Worthing, are really lovely and helpful. They form such a happy team that it is a pleasure going to this pharmacy. Well done to each and everyone of you.

Excellent service at the Highcliffe branch (344-346 Lymington Road) I called on a Saturday at 9am (Easter weekend) as my dads medication hadn't been delivered the previous week. Turns out the Drs hadn't signed off the repeat prescription but the team at Kamsons sorted it all that morning and delivered out to him a few hours later. Really friendly and brilliant service - thank you!!

Pound hill pharmacy april 4th. My partner was denied her prescription at 1pm on saturday when the pharmacy is due to close but was still serving other customers she physically cried and begged the pharmacist who was cold callous and still said no.The pharmacy will be closed sunday and monday. Without her prescription she will be very ill.

Kamsons 187 Victoria Dr Eastbourne. It feels like every time I have a prescription I have to chase it up, and they constantly try to blame the doctor even though our phone the surgery and know when the prescription was sent out. They don't even contact you to tell you that it might be a bit longer than normal. My last prescription I waited 10 days for because it had fallen on the floor.

kamson’s at Poundhill Crawley always go the extra mile for you. I recently was awaiting a delivery, their agency driver couldn’t find my property, which is understandable. When I called to enquire as to where the delivery was, they informed me what it happened. The lady that I spoke to on the phone arranged for a driver to drop it off on his way home and I just like to let them know how much I appreciated receiving the medication on that day. The drivers always go the extra mile for you and it’s an absolute pleasure dealing with them.

Peter the Pharmacist has always been very helpful and accommodating and the rest of the staff are also helpful. If you want good service you could do no better than to visit this pharmacy as you will not be disappointed 10/10

Was referred to Kamsons at Birch Hill for earwax removal. The facility was both clean and bright and I was politely booked in. I was called by the pharmacist on time and taken to the consultation room. The treatment was explained to me clearly and carried out in a very professional manner. The pharmacist was very careful and reassuring during removal. Due to some hard deep down wax I had a return visit the following week when the remainder of the wax was removed. I was also given a hearing test at end of treatment which confirmed my hearing was very good. I would recommend Kamsons for this type of treatment.

I rate this Pharmacy very highly as my experience has always been positive. I popped in over a year ago to get my blood pressure checked & as it was a high reading, the pharmacist sent me to my GP & I was subsequently prescribed blood pressure tablets. He enquires how I am whenever he sees me & has a very caring attitude. I also use this Pharmacy for flu jabs for myself & my husband every year rather than my own medical practice as it's so convenient & near home. There's hardly any waiting time or you can book an appt online. The staff are always courteous & are always helpful & professional.

Phoned my surgery as NHS app would not let me order my repeat prescription, recorded message stated contact pharmacy for repeat prescriptions as surgery cannot deal with request on phone due to security reasons. Phoned pharmacy was told to contact surgery, explained what surgery message said, she insisted I contact surgery. Will be looking for a new pharmacy.

After 20yrs of carrying 2xAdrenaline injectors, Kamsons dispensed 2 of differing short expiry dates. If use of first fails to alleviate anaphylaxis, second must also be used. Differing dates mean the later is wasted as reorder essential at earliest expiry. Alternative, order individually and double both mine & GP's workload. Kamsons refused to assist in any way stating "cannot govern dates". Complete lack of Customer Service & understanding. Avoid and switch to better Pharmacies. I've made requested contact to no avail!
