Call volume is really high and tiring…
Call volume is really high and tiring and the $4 per hour does not worth it. Working environment is not comprehensive about it.
Worst Pay and No Support
As an experienced interpreter in this field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several organizations, and unfortunately, this company and also Future group offers some of the lowest compensation in the industry—typically around $0.10 to $0.12 per minute, and roughly $3 to $4 per hour and interpreters are expected to commit to long 9-hour shifts. The recruitment process is also concerning, as interviewers often lack professional communication skills and fluency in English, making interactions challenging. The company frequently onboards new interpreters at unsustainably low rates. Overall, this setup may not be ideal for those seeking fair compensation and a professionally managed environment.
A very good company to work with
