Customer support issues
I orderd 4 items, all of which were returned and even though it states all items have been returned i have not received a refund for one of the items. I contacted customer support who said this has been returned and to wait up to 5 working days. I have since waited a week and still no improvements. They did clarify that the item was not damaged etc. I contacted klarna who told me that this return has not been submitted correctly on there end and even after having a reply from customer support which clearly shows one item hasn't been refunded i am no further forward. The return process is also a lengthy process.

Once we have this information, we can check your order and coordinate with our returns team to provide proof of refund if it has been processed. This documentation can then be forwarded to Klarna for your records.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered later than my holiday date, but with the help of Anna & Marie I was able to pay for next day delivery and get my parcel 3 weeks earlier than expected! Amazing service !!

I love all things kaiia!! I have multiple tracksuits, sweatshirts, shorts and Tshirts from Kaiia and love them all so much! The quality is really really good! Iv seen a few things online about the material bobbling but that’s honestly never happened to my pieces.
If there’s ever been anything wrong with my order Iv always emailed the team and they’ve been great with getting back to me! Brilliant customer service!! All the girls on TikTok shop lives are amazing too!
