I had a one on one walkthrough of the whole system with Mijara. She was excellent in how she explained everything and answered all my questions with both professionalism and friendliness. It was a very productive and pleasant experience!

Great service

Spoke with Pam today, it was only a short chat, but very informative and we managed to cover everyday question I had. The app seems to work really well and seems to have a strong and responsive support system in place, so far so good.

Understand and professional

I was having an issue and they were super nice about helping me with what my issue. They didn’t hesitate. They were quick to respond and they were very friendly and nice which made me very comfortable and helped me to stay calm during the situation.

Mijara

I had a meeting with Mijara to get help with a few questions about Kuhan’s app, particularly around client check-ins and tracking workout progress. Mijara was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, providing clear instructions that made everything easy to understand. Even though I was late to the meeting, she was happy to proceed with the remaining time we had.

Honestly could not be happier running…

Honestly could not be happier running my app through Kahunas, their tech support team always goes above and beyond. Shear not only explained the cause of the problems I was having - but simultaneously fixed it all for me - saving me the time (and frustration) of doing it myself.

Efficient Service from Pam

I have been working with kahunas a year now and the helpful experience that I had yesterday with Pam, was great.

I informed her of the issue I was having and she knew exactly what to do and how to solve my problem. It was fixed within the matter of minutes.
