I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT buy from this company. Received a phone case that was defective. I sent pics and video. 4 months of going back and forth for a refund. They want you to do it back to China, pay a ridiculous tracking shipping fee and they are still not guaranteed to give you a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Terrible experience. Kaaum do not care about customers
As they say, Kaaum is a nightmare. I learned the hard way. They sent me shoes that don´t fit me at all. The problem is that I followed its table for size info, which is completely wrong. But they take no responsibility. They want me to pay shipment and even asked me to sell their shoes. Customers should know that Kaaum does not stand behind their products nor their customers.

This company is a nightmare, they did send me the product I wanted and I did like the product, however they kept sending me the wrong size. When I complained and pointed out that they keep changing their size chart on the website, they said that even though it was their fault I would need to pay return postage and return shipping again for the right size to be dispatched. What company does that to a customer, especially when they are at fault. Do NOT use, I also found the boots I ordered on eBay for half the price, so they are also ripping you off.

I purchased a case for my I Phone 10. The case/wallet that was sent will not close with the phone alone, causing my Iphone to be constantly on. Kaaum told me to put less items in the case/wallet and the wallet works as described. Also, told me to turn off the phone.

I had not items in the wallet!

Kaaum does not stand behind their products as they would not offer me a refund for the $25.00.

The worst company to buy anything.
100 days over, yet delivery not made.
Worst customer service.
I guess Google should stop advertising them everywhere. (That's how I got in their website)

5 mos. and still haven't received portable A/C unit, customer service is non-existent. Chalk this one as a loss that I won't re-coup. Stay away.

Complete rip off, it took forever to receive the goods. I ordered running shoes, when they finally arrived, it was nothing more than third rate knock offs at best....the only reason they get one star is because I can’t give less. DO NOT buy from this Chinese based company, it is a shameful business model with zero customer service and practically speaking NO RETURN policy.
It’s a pity that they are allowed to advertise as they do a disservice to legitimate businesses.

I hope others do not fall prey to the same fate as I did. In April I ordered 2 phone cases for cell phones I had purchased for my granddaughters. It is now the 12th of August and I still have not gotten my order. I have sent numerous messages to not only their support but to the company itself. The only answer I have received is emails asking me to be patient.

I must admit the footwear advertised on the Kaaum (and other "knock off" sites) is unique, fashionable and very appealing!!!
While I'm enamoured with the footwear offerings, I remain VERY THANKFUL for the honest feedback provided by many buyers, I am now left really wanting the style(s) of footwear the "company" purports to offer. Can anyone advise if these unique offerings can be purchased from a LEGITIMATE and TRUSTWORTHY company???

I ordered two pairs of men's shoe from Kaaum glossy website but when the shoes were delivered three weeks after it was a shock to see the shoes were poorly packed without a box squashed us in postal bag. When I opened the package which I never expected it was going to be the shoes I ordered from Kaaum website, I was shocked to see the shoes delivered were imitations (fake) with faded colours. Far from the original I ordered, this was made in and delivered from China. I have made complains to Kaaum but nothing has been resolved.

I wish I had read these reviews , this is a terrible company , sent the wrong size and then said i had to return them to china for a refund

Worst sevice ever. It took 55 days to get an I Phone case.

False merchandise, be carefully don't waist your money, don't order from this CHINESE FRAUD.

SCAM. Placed a order for a pair of women breathable lightweight mule shoes. On May 1 2020. Case was resolved with the help of PayPal. Decided to report case to PayPal in July 24 2020. From May until July. Sea Lucy and I email. No shoes. The company in China. No contact number. Only email and there is email process.

Horrible retailer. Avoid at all costs. Bought men’s shoes. Way to narrow and made of crap material. No way to return. I would not knowingly buy buy from another direct Chinese seller again. Have been burned twice now. They may know how to manufacture things but they do t get retail at all. The suggest to give them to someone else and buy a new pair as the solution is ludicrous.

According to the company's website and tracking, my shoes that I paid $52.+ for have been within 20 miles of my house in warehouses for a month. I repeatedly contacted the company and now they have blocked me from their email contact site! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! SHAM, SCAM, PHONY, FAKE, RUSE, CHARLATAN, CON, ETC...

Ordered shoes. Wrong size. Was told I could sell them or give them away as return shipping could be expensive. Decided to go read the terms and conditions. Not only are you required to pay the return shipping but they then deduct it from your refund. If you get one.

Avoid Sealucy too - same company!
I ordered shoes from Sealucy, which must be a new name they're using to market under because the parent company is still Danjunn Ecommerce Ltd. which also sells under the Kaaum name, and probably some others as well. I think Yokest and Lazajoy might be under their umbrella. Shoes took a while to arrive and the quality wasn't what I expected. Requested to return them and was told the cost of return was too great. I asked for a return address to see if I could ship them cheaper but they didn't respond to that. Offered me a $5 refund and when I requested more they then said they could apply a discount to my next order and suggested I sell or give the shoes to someone else. Told them I won't be ordering anything else from them. I've begun a payment dispute.
