Kennels rusted beyond repair and beyond use by 1 year. Dogs can easily escape. Do not use K9 kennel store for any dog kennel needs.

Ordered Kennels as they quoted an 8 week lead time. I live part time in Texas and Montana. I would be in Montana in 4 weeks... no problem...Unfortunately they shipped in 10 days. I called to change delivery location(K9 charged me $35 dollars to change address) as I would not be in Montana on that date and the surprise instructions state (no delivery on gravel roads, really this is Montana). I rented a storage unit as I would not have a place to put the kennel for another 2 weeks. I had to spend another $800 to fly up to Montana as the day was quoted was May 19 to be safe I made my return to Texas for May 26. The shipper said they would call to make an appointment as the shipment had been delayed, but would probably arrive on the 22nd. I returned to Texas on the 26th. The call did not come and I called them daily, finally they told me they did not know where the $3000 kennel was. On June 3 I get a call from a boat dock manufacture who said they had taken delivery. They said the pallet was in bad shape but the kennel looked OK. I called and emailed K-9. The dock company said they would keep the Kennel in their back parking lot as I was do to arrive on June 16th. As it turned out 3 panels on the bottom were destroyed. I informed K9 of the June 3 delivery call, but they said it was relieved earlier according to the paper work and there was nothing they could do.
