Felt good at the time but have since discovered they put the wrong size tyre on my car, when I tried to reach their customer service I was informed it was my fault I chose a budget tyre and that I was responsible for picking up their admin errors. I provided the correct tyre code and they changed it.

I had a fantastic experience with K1 after getting a flat tyre in London. Their service is incredibly fast—they arrived and delivered the tyres within 40 minutes!
Compared to other places that were charging way too much, K1 offered a very fair and competitive price. The workers were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. If you’re looking for high-quality service that won't break the bank, I highly recommend these guys. Fast, affordable, and great customer service!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I was on the way to hospital, when my tyre went flat and I had to abandon my car. The guys at k1 were able to sort everything out over text, while I was at the hospital. They made a very stressful day easier, by simply understanding and sorting the car out for me. Cannot thank them enough

I have used K1 tyres a number of time now. Friendly service, good value and they won’t try to sell you what you don’t need. I have used both the mobile service and their shop in Dover, obviously the mobile service is a bit more expensive due to convenience but highly recommended. Got me back in the road in just over an hour from the first call. I can’t recommend these any more highly and I will continue to use them.

Very quick service when I hit a pole hole on the way to ikea this evening , as soon as I spoke to someone they came out within in 40mins and replaced both my flat tyres on my car . Well worth the money and I shall use you guys again if I have too
