Signing up to Kyra’s course and her one to one sessions was the best decision ever! Kyra has had a hugely positive impact on my life and really supported me through some difficult food issues. I’ve struggled with food, particularly binging and restricting, for well over 10 years and never thought I’d be able to get out of it, but the support from Kyra was genuinely life changing!
We had regular catch ups, discussed food and nutrition information, she always made herself available for me, taught me SO much about different foods, and really helped me understand my relationship with food and how to better that. I can’t thank her enough for the support over the last 10 months!

I have just finished working with Kyra Collins at KC Nutrition, I worked with Kyra for 3 months, when I signed up with Kyra, I was very anxious about the type 2 diebetes I had been diagnosed with. I have been trying to.... through food improve and reverse this but was struggling not wanting to go down the route of insulin. Kyra informed me of better food choices going forward and how to become more knowledgeable regards stablising the diebetes levels and what was required to do this, in addition to this also loosing weight in a more sustainable way which will ultimately be the best and biggest thing to help with reversing my diebetes. Kyra has a very calming influence and is well informed and is someone you feel you can trust 100% this puts you at ease from the off...from my own experience I would absolutely recommend Kyra to others and I will continue with the steps that Kyra and myself have put in place and will hopefully keep moving forward until I get to where I need to be, it not a race though, this is a journey with a change of old habits to new ones... thank you Kyra, if I need you 'I will be back' :)

I’ve been working with her for 4 months and in that time she has succeeded in helping me change habits and beliefs I’ve had around food, nutrition and myself that have been in place for over 30 years. I had been part of a nutrition group for a while when Ky joined the coaching team. I really enjoyed her presentations about womens health and well-being and her natural, warm friendly approach. She is very informed and shared her knowledge in a clear, easy to understand way. I have been really lucky to have had one to one coaching with Ky over the past few weeks.
