Semi-good quality

The Adidas jersey isn't as good as the nike ones, the copa italia patch is already peeling off and it just does not seem worth 120 dollars

JERSEY NOT RECEIVED

I have NEVER received the Pogba's jersey I ordered...
However my account has been debited (-112€)...

I wrote 2 e-mail to the customers' services but they NEVER answer me.
I'm very upset... That is a unacceptable experience, I will never deal with the Juve again.

Awesome customer service

The package arrived super fast. Safe to say I live in on the West Coast of the US, and from the time I placed the order and got the parcel was around 7 business days.
I'm definitely going to be placing more orders in the future.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had

Shop in juvenstore is the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. My husband is a super juvenitini. I wanted to by him a customized jersey and shorts for his birthday. After registering on the webpage, I got to know that there's a 10% off for new customers but I could not find the code. I called customer service requesting the code three times and the representative was not professional at all, she heard that I'm only speaking English she asked me to call back again after 5:00pm Italy time. I called and an English speaking man answered. I requested the code but he did not answer my question and only telling me to send an email. WHAT I NEED IS ONLY THE CODE!!!!!!!IT'S ONLY ONE WORD!!!!!!! I sent an email immediately after the call but there was No reply. I called again, it was the same lady who told me to call back after 5 or send them an email. I was telling that I have done both and she directly hung up on me!!! It is sooo rude!!!!!!This is how you do customer service!! The birthday was coming and I could not wait so I placed the order without the code. Meanwhile I sent another email stating about the situation and requesting the customer service help me apply the code manually. Finally I got a reply telling me about the code and it's not possible to apply it for me for the existing order. I got an other €10 to use for my next order but I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!! BTW, I placed the order on July 10th and only got it on July 21st and missed my husband's birthday....
