Very good valve you for money, good quality tyres for a good price. Giving 3 stars because I went to the one in Uxbridge and I didn’t really feel like the service advisor was being very friendly to the tyre fitter. And also the service advisor told me that all my tyres are perished so I need all of them replacing as well as an alignment. I’m a mechanic myself so I know we get told to upsell and the other tyres were starting to crack but the tread depth was consistent across the whole tyre and car drives perfectly straight. So what makes him think I need an alignment. They just get you through the door with cheap online tyre prices and then once you’re there. Oh you need this, you need that. Luckily I’m a mechanic, so I know what is necessary and what is isn’t but for other customers I do feel a bit sorry for them. Not sure who you can trust in the motor trade.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at JustTyres Uxbridge branch. It was a simple change of all 4 tyres, everything went smoothly on the day of the work, even though I was't very pleased with the Indian looking chap who was talking to me (I am from Indian subcontinent too) in Apu's (from Simpsons) accent.

Soon after, 2 tyres on the passenger side started leaking air slowly, so called them and was asked to take the car back, which I did only be told its the valve and they cant do anything about it. And the same Indian chap was rude and made me feel very unwelcome, indirectly asking me get lost. My 4 tyres which did not have any leak before I changed them, developed problems in 2 of them and I did not get any help from the guys who changed the tyres. I had to drive from Harrow to Uxbridge only to not get any assistance.

I then took my car to a local garage who quickly changed one of the leaking valves for a reasonable price. But when he tried changing the 2nd one the locking wheel bolt wouldn't open, the installer at JustTyres had tightened it so much that it was almost impossible to get them off, eventually I had to have the bolt broken a local garage & I had to then pay for 4 new locking bolts and new key.

I did call JustTyres to see if they can get the bolt off and they were happy to help but I did not want to drive with a leaky tyre, so opted to get it done locally.

All in all a very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend.

Great Service, I arrived there an hour early as drove down from Central London but was dealt with straightaway.

Went down the cafe while they installed new tyres, did my wheel alignment and brake check, time I had eaten they were already done so went down there to pick up my car

Would definitely use them again as great service at a great price

First class service from start to finish. Despite being presented with the challenge of a motorhome when a van was expected, the team were able to find a solution, fit the tyres, and keep their promise to communicate when the job was done. All this and an unbeatable price too.
