Met on arrival (5 minutes ahead of my booked slot).
Handed over lock item and keys, mentioned a slight wobble on steering at speed and was settled to waiting room.
When changing the tyre on one wheel a slight deformation on the inside of a rim was highlighted to me; and an external local company was referenced. Recomendation for alignment given, but not pushed, because damage was probably pothole, and tyre showed signs of uneven wear.
Excellent local service, highly recommended. Price was very competitive - first time used, will use again.
