Was very pleased with the service
Was very pleased with the service. Found the company on line so had no previous knowledge of them. Was seen on time, and tyres fitted quickly. Friendly staff.

Not the best experience…
We had two new front tyres put on our scirocco two weeks ago in preparation for the MOT. After these were put on we noticed our once scratchless, front face of both wheels were scratched and one side is peeling.
Upon having the MOT, we had an advisory on the front ball joint needing replacing and were told it was completely pointless paying the £25 for tracking and that just tyres should have picked up on this. We now have to pay to have the wheels resprayed and wasted £41 on tracking. No care was taken and we were charged a lot of money for this service. We are now having back tyres replaced in a recommended garage at a lot less than we paid at just tyres!

I've used Just Tyres (Tonbridge) a number of times now and have always been very happy with their service. Never have any issues getting the tyres I want and always in and out without delay. Will continue to use them and can't recommend them enough.

Manager very helpful
Manager very helpful. Wasn’t sure about ordering my own tyre online but it worked out ok.
Would be easier for elderly people to have someone order for you, quite happy to pay over the phone. I wasn’t convinced I had the right tyre until the day, as my previous tyres weren’t available.

Unfortunately they damaged my black wheels by knocking them face down on the floor, then told me they weren’t marked! But they have paint missing and marks now.

Ruined alloy.
Had to have a new tyre due to a puncture on my new car, my perfect alloy wheel is now scratched and marked by the guy here, gutted, wouldn't recommend getting tyres fitted here.

Great service
Went for replacement front tyre. Showed me that tracking was out, hence other front tyre is wearing on inside edge.(has had the replaced front tyre). Paid for tracking - I did not feel ripped off. Never had tracking even checked in years and with the amount of potholes on the road, probably should more often.

The guys at Just-Tyres Tonbridge went well above and beyond. They were friendly and efficient, F1 pit-stop quick, diagnosing the issue with my slow punctures and demonstrating it to me. The senior man on the floor there really knew his stuff dealing with alloy corrosion and leaking valve seats caused by it. They can't refurb the corrosion off the alloy valve seat but did re-bead and replace the valve giving me advice should the issue prove ongoing. I will have confience buying my next set of tyres here.
