The make and price of suitable tyres…
The make and price of suitable tyres was a major factor as was ease of navigating the website. E-mail communication was good including notifying me the brand of tyre I had chosen would not be available on the agreed date. Contact by telephone to head office resolved the matter by the very competent Ceri who arranged an alternative higher cost tyre at the previously agreed price, very good. Unfortunately when I visited the branch at the agreed time slot ( the following day) the tyre had not been delivered resulting in a repeat trip to have tyre fitted. Fitting process completed promptly and overall transaction ok so would use Just Tyres again.

Honest and good service
Great service. They had ordered the tyre for me but when I explained it was a slow puncture they first double checked it wasn't something that could easily be rectified. Initially, he thought it was my rim protector and he was just going to remove that after finding a slow leak but on further inspection he found a crack in the tyre so it needed replacing anyway. Nice to know that they are looking out for the customer. Would definitely recommend and will be my first port of call if more tyres are needed. Thanks Guys.

Went back at the time suggested and car was ready to go.

Efficient and informative
Came in with a bald tyre on my Corsa that I believed may have caused damage to my car. Booking was simple, tyre was changed quickly and the fitter was able to identify the suspected damage, giving me some information on the issue.
Will be returning for my tyres in the future. Thanks!
