Competent, caring and friendly. Beware of the Warrantee caveat
Great price and competent friendly staff at their St Neots centre.
I observed a team that seemed to really care about customers cars. One simple observation was them checking the wheel nut torque, and not overtightening them all with the nut runner beforehand.
Well done. Keep it up.
However, two years later the Avon Tyres are dangerously cracked and not even half worn. When I check the "5 Year Warrantee" I find that it was conditional on 6 monthly inspections, which I was not told about. And since I now live over 100 miles away from any of the tyre shops, is pretty useless.

Basically the free TMPS check is a con all they do if anything is to check manually and by visual if the valve leaks. So basically no electronics involved which what is TMPS all about a pure con.

At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. There is a difference between profit and profiteering!
I had a blow out on my BMW and urgently needed a replacement. I was near to Just Tyres and they informed me they only had a Bridgestone in Stock. I visited and they fitted they tyre. They fitted a run flat when the other 3 weren't. I was also quoted £302 for the tyre but he gave me a discount and made it £285. I was a captive customer so had to pay.
I have since purchased 3 other tires to match, at a cost of £186 each. Nearly a hundred quid difference per tyre!!
Will never use these again.

Rob was really helpful. The tyre fitting turned out to be quite tricky when the locking nut key for the wheels snapped. He did what he could to accommodate getting the situation sorted ASAP. He was very friendly and professional throughout

They tried to pretend they had done the wheel balance. When I pushed for clarity over whether actually had done they the wheel balance or not someone then went to do the work but couldn’t actually achieve the task.
