Was served by the manager John, I found his approach very hostile, sarcastic and take it or leave it i.e. rude and unhelpful.
I also found out that if I had ordered and booked on line the exact same tyre fitted at the same place would have been 102% less.

Quick, polite and easy to pick a slot online and tyres required would and will go back again

Booked online and paid for 2 new tyres to be fitted. Arrived early but they saw to me straight away. 2 tyres fitted in less than 20 minutes. Clean and tidy and the centre Manager was very helpful. Would return again to the St Neots centre

Unfriendly and abrupt I felt uneasy especially as I was the only customer and they were just sitting around with nothing to do when I arrived

Had new tyres fitted and staff pushed that we need wheel alignment done for £60 extra, we did. Unfortunately they are not equipped or have the knowledge to do a wheel alignment correctly on newer vehicles. Our steering wheel was in an angle when wheels straight and the vehicle pulled to the left, after twice going back to get it fixed still the same issue, we contacted the customer service several times no response. As it was so bad to drive the vehicle we had to go to a garage and get the alignment fixed for another £200.

I recently had an appointment to replace four new all-weather tires with a free brakes check, which was supposed to take 30 minutes. Upon arrival, I was informed that the appointment would take an hour and the brakes check was not carried out. The staff member I interacted with was quite short, sharp, and uncaring, which made the experience less pleasant. While the tire replacement was done satisfactorily, the change in appointment details and the attitude of the staff left much to be desired.

Ridiculous price difference between onsite wheel alignment service and pre-booked online price.

Tyres I ordered weren’t available. Fair enough. (Why the tyres show as available when they’re not is a separate issue) Got a text message asking me to call them, why not just call me? Customer service not good enough. When it came to the appointment the branch wasn’t very welcoming. Felt pressured to have wheel alignment done and that just seemed like a massive con to get another £90 out of me. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back

Friendly service, quick fitting

On arrival I went to pull in the unit only to be pointed at to park over the otherside of the car park walked over to the shop to be treated by a grumpy reception man that didn't great politely I found him very rude if I knew the area better I would of taken my business elsewhere I won't be using this firm again I would much rather walk they didn't show me if the tyre just had a puncture just that it had to be a new one

Great service just a shame I couldn’t get my tyres done at the store for the same price even though they were in stock! Had to order on line to go back the next day to be fitted to save me £80 fior 2 tyres!!!!
