Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company, we strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and so it was disappointing to receive a one star review. We were sorry to read that you had an issue with your tyre after fitment, please be assured that this is not our normal level of service and we apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result. We hope that this issue has now been resolved but if not should not be, please go back to the centre where the tyre was fitted and allow them to address the issue directly. Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention

What I can't understand is if you phone for a price it's about £15 more than buying it online,
So order & pay online take the car in the next day or so job done

Booked several days in advance for 2…
Booked several days in advance for 2 tyres: was called on the day an hour before my appt (on a friday) to say the tyres had not been received into the depot. I asked for a rough timescale as I had plans that I needed the vehicle for, I was told a couple of hours. I never heard back from them all day and having tried to make contact several times there was no answer. I made complaint online, got a call from regional manager who told me it would be sorted today or over the weekend and to expect an update on Monday. By lunch time Monday I still had not received any update so make a booking elsewhere and cancelled my booking and requested a refund.
I understand sometimes there are supply issues and delays; that I can deal with. The lack of communication and updates was very poor and unacceptable.

Unprompted review
Umm could help more
Tyres was what I needed. Luckily there was a 10% offer code on it. When I got to the fitting centre, 2 young lads working on the floor to do tyres and tracking. Couldn't get it done quick enough,.when I asked for help in putting my space saver back under my car I was told "we don't normally do that" but with me helping out they did.
Customer relations at that branch are lacking
