Easy to book online and select tyres.
They ran a little bit behind schedule due to the customer before and the tyres hadn't been delivered but wasn't much longer to wait and very apologetic. Very good service though and the delivery and previous customer couldn't be helped by the technician but nice that he was apologetic for the extra wait time.

Saved me!
I had a puncture on the pony trailer on a Saturday afternoon accompanied by a pony and two children. Justin offered to help me fit the spare wheel before I had even finished asking for help. The job was done perfectly within 5 minutes and on the house. I am so grateful for such amazing customer service and helping me when I was very stuck!

Well experienced fitter did a first rate job.
Good price, booked appointment, arrived a bit early but the only guy there got straight on with work. Done quickly but very professionally. Lots of extra little details that ensure it's a good job. A fitter with 27 years experience who did not try to upsell but answered questions willingly and sensibly.

Great Value, Service and Tyres
Easy to find the correct tyres for my car on their web site and then choose the nearest fitting station, then my proffered date and time. I arrived a few minutes early, the fitter was expecting me, informed me how long it would take to fit the 2 new tyres and adjust the wheel alignment that I'd also booked in advance. I went off for a wander down town and returned to find him just finishing up. Great service and products.

Continental replacement tyres
It was my first time to change the tyres since I’ve had the car VW Beetle with chrome trims around the edge of the rims,, so was a bit worried they would be damaged on the machine. Simon at the Old Stratford branch said the use some type of rim protection .
So all good and the price was right .

Unfriendly fitter who did not believe I knew my car and it's tyre pressures. Then over-inflated the tyre. Damaged my wheel rim during fitting.
