Exceptional service
Arranged for a tyre to be fitted at Nuneaton site as it was more convenient for me whilst travelling across country. Not only did they fit me in a day earlier the service was excellent. The two guys Corrie & Dan were brilliant. Very polite, flexible & professional. A real credit to Just tyre group. I will be returning to your company based on my experience.

Check tyres are in stock before you travel
Ordered tyres and made appointment over a week in advance, but they had not been delivered.
No one let me know, so I had a wasted 1.5 hour round trip.
I reorded through head office and made a new appointment.
This time I checked that the tyres had been delivered.
The staff at the fitting centre itself were excellent and very helpful.

Reply from Just Tyres - Nuneaton
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company, we strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and so it is disappointing to receive a one star review. Regrettably, there are very occassionally delivery delays due to where the tyres are located with our supplier.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and be assured that we do appreciate your comments.

Cheaper & Great Service
Cheaper, very friendly, very helpful.
Highlighted issues I didn't realise and informed me I paid for a service I didn't need. The refund was very quick and painless. Will be using Just Tyres in future because of this. It was worth the extra drive to get to them.

Lie and misleading price
I am a newbie driver, zero experience of car maintenance. Am not sure it's a standard or the normal business deal in tyre fitting garages, but it's a BAD experience for my first tyre changes.
The final invoicing was DOUBLE UP to their first quote the price is including all everything as a package.
I am sure it's not misunderstanding as I was double confirmed with the staff 3 times as the price is favourable and when I leave my car for tyre fitting, I have also double confirmed again to the price they were quoted.
They are inhonest garage in Nuneaton.
I would NOT recommend this company !!!

Great branch.
The guys in the branch were excellent but the website could have had more info. We weren't made aware of height restrictions (we were taking a motorhome)

no concept of time…
it was pre booked and we arrived early and went straight into the bay for two front tyres to be fitted,
approx 15 - 20 minutes later another pulled beside us and he had tyres fitted and then was gone, we were still waiting, we were waiting from start to finish 1 hour and when we enquired why we were told "he is new"
they seem to have no concept that people have other things to do, this put us late for our other things we had to do
