By chance went to “Just Tyres” in Huntingdon and had the lovely pleasure of meeting Sean who went above and beyond with his service for me today. Having accidentally hit my tyre on a curb a massive bubble appeared. Unlike some of the other places I visited before finding JT, Sean was determined I get back on the road safely and ASAP.
Sean, can’t thank you enough. Thank you so much. You are genuinely an absolute star.

I booked in for two new front tyres and received from the Manager (Jason I think) and his staff excellent, prompt and friendly service. Very informative experience with no hard sell. I'll be back!

I've used exclusively Just Tyres on my last 4 cars for around 6 years now with no real complaints, unfortunately that wasn't the case with my most recent visit.
Firstly I went in a week earlier and pre-ordered a specific tyre that wasn't on the website, on the day of my appointment once the tyres were fitted I noticed (luckily before I drove off) the incorrect tyres had been fitted, same brand but cheaper and lower spec, I asked for either the difference in price to be refunded or the correct tyres to be fitted, They were eventually changed but it took a manger to tell the staff to fit the tyres the customer had paid for, prior to his intervention I was told by staff the difference between the incorrect tyres and the ones I'd specifically requested and had paid for was minimal suggesting it was basically the same tyre and within a few £ the same price, I over Heard the manager say the tyres I'd preorder are actually a much better tyre. After looking into the price difference later that day the incorrect tyres that were fitted in the first instance were actually £22 per tyre cheaper, the excuse for the mix up was the tyres I'd ordered had been lost under a pile of other tyres.
In addition the other concern I had was I had 1 tyre replaced as it was defective and I had the other tyres replaced to match, I have a completely separate tyre insurance that covers for damaged tyres, I was using this insurance for my 1 defective tyre, all the insurance require is for pictures of the defect which I took, a description of the defect on the tyre report and a tyre tread depth report on the original defective tyre before it is replaced, this was explained in detail on my arrival, but non of that information was on the report I received at the end, when I asked for that information to be added I was told 'we don't really do that' When I asked for at least the tyre tread depth to be added to the report he walked off and came back and said the tread depth gauge says the original tyre was on 0.8 mm of tread, this was completely inaccurate, the tyre wasn't even on the wear bars and to confirm this I asked to keep the defective tyre and it was placed in the boot (mainly incase there was an issue with the tyre insurance claim) and the very next day my car had an MOT I asked the garage to check the tread depth of the tyre in the boot out of curiosity, the MOT tested stated depending where he check it it was between 3.5 and 4mm across the full width of the tyre around the complete tyre.
Really below par experience with poor organisation and communication from staff, I will research and consider alternatives the next time my car requires new tyres.

Had my front left tyre, checked for puncture repair. Advised that I would need a new tyre, which I ordered, in fact purchased two, so front pair would have same kind of level of wear. When I took my vehicle in for the refitting was told the front left could not be changed as the rim was bent and would need to straightened before any refit could take place.
Why was I not advised of this at the initial check?
I took time off work and in the end all for nothing, With the correct advise at initial inspection this situation could have been avoided.

From ordering online to fitting in under 24 hours what a brilliant service

Called in to check tyres, guys were knowledgeable and polite. Went home and ordered the tyres and an appointment to fit three days later. The service was great and nothing negative to report. Thank you.

They forgot to put wheel logo on , which is a simple thing but tells a lot that they do not follow a structure or checklist . Also they did not give me advise or options but asked me that what should they do with regards the tyres . Not very professional and mostly waiting for cigarette breaks

Booked online one week in advance, arrived for fitting on the day and dropped off, called me 10 minutes later, telling me the tyres had not been delivered and didn't know when they would arrive. You'd think that would be something to check at least a day before a booked job! I was just then told that is the problem with ordering online, it was done through Just Tyres, not a third party. Just Tyres gain 1 star because at least the refund process was quick and easy over the phone.
