ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE. Booked in 2 tyres four days in advance and paid for them. When I turned up for the tyres they were a different brand to what I had ordered. I was told that is what I ordered as that is what was on their system. So I had to get my email receipt uploaded to show they had the wrong tyres. They phoned head office and they said the tyre ratings were the same so it’s fine. NO it’s not fine because I was not interested in tyres I have never tried before or wanted. Head office also told porkies of the fact that they emailed/ texted me to inform me. I showed the staff all the correspondence from Just Tyres, and it proved I received nothing regarding the tyres being swapped to a different brand. The fitters at just tyres were helpful and then ordered the correct tyres from another branch for me for the next day. However I had my MOT retest booked an hour later which I then had to rearrange. The next day I got my tyres fitted BUT HAD TO PAY FOR THEM AGAIN!! Even though I still had not received my refund from the day before. It has now been five days and still not received my refund. I will have to now get in touch with trading standards regarding my refund!!! Poor service at best!!

Really poor customer service.
Ordered my tyres online. Fought my way through traffic to get to the garage at the agreed time to have them installed to find the tyres hadn’t been delivered. Was offered the option to pay another £25-£30 or returning if the tyres arrived later in the day. No apology. No phone call before I left home. I’ve used JustTyres over a number of years…really poor and I’m not sure I will ever go back.

Good price on a quality mid range tyres
Good quality tyres at a fair price.Additional small discount code just helped seal the deal.
I do think the staff member could be more friendly, however the job was completed promptly as per appointment. Professional fitting, respectful to the vehicle.

Both of the lads at the Huddersfield branch were fantastic and very professional especially the manager who dealt with my vehicle. Had 4 new tyres fitted to my Audi SQ7 and any questions I had was answered and the lads were great to get on with.
