My 10am appointment was delayed by 20 to 30mins. The staff however were helpful and explained the defect with the tyre.
Toilet facilities at Malvern Tyres, Priory Road, Gloucester, were very dirty and the waiting area was cold. No hot drinks facilities were available for waiting customers.

Great service
Easy to use website, competitive price, booking process easy and didn’t have to wait long to get the work done.
On arrival, waiting room spotless and warm, guy on desk was really professional and friendly. Work completed very quickly and my car was treated with respect. The fitter who’d completed the work brought me my keys back and was also very friendly and kind. Big thanks to all and I’d happily recommend them.
