Asked for more than is necessary
Car was making squealing so I brought it in to JustTyres for the free brake check. The gentleman told me I'd need new front and back car discs and brake pads. However, when I went to get a second opinion from a local garage, only brake pads were needed which solved the issue.

Helpful and polite
Booked online Everything went smoothly. Bridgestone tyres were on offer. Will definitely use again. Most tyre fitters don't stock many tyres so it's best to book online.

Speed and efficiency
Speed and efficiency. They went straight to work when I arrived which was very good. My only thought would be that I think it would e a good idea for the tyre pressures to be correctly verified, They should have been 33 psi. two were 33 but one was 35 and the other 27. The cars system reported this when I drove away so I checked at home and brought the two tyres down to what they were supposed to be.

Fitting and wheel tracking
I ordered 4 tyres online and selected Bletchley branch for fitting and wheel alignment. Kept informed of checking delivery of tyres on the day of fitting before leaving to go to the site. Upon arrival the fitting process was efficient and a job well done.

Just great service and customer focus …
After making an appointment I arrived and was immediately guided in to the workshop. Both technicians were really customer focussed on not only doing a great job fitting all four new tyres to the car, but also answered my questions and guided me through the whole procedure including tips for driving on newly fitted tyres. Really pleased with the service

Helpful and knowledgeable tyre centre
A busy little tyre centre. They were running a little behind on my appointment time due to a late delivery that morning but all we're working hard to catch up. The staff are friendly and explained everything. All four tyres were changed very efficiently and I'm very happy with the service.
