Booked on line with a time and day that suited me and the service was very quick just half an hour well done

Disappointed that Just Tyres charged an extra £20 (and tried to charge for £60 more) as I mistakenly chose a non run flat from the website. They had the correct tyre in stock and online the price for this was less than £10 more.

Good price, excellent service, went beyond the call whilst I went to the local hospital

Great tyres, great price, quick and efficient fitting, two lost pressure over night but rectified the next day. One still going soft so will need to get that checked out again. Overall very pleased with the service.👍

1. The Bedford Manager has of course my email address and phone contact details. I have carefully checked BOTH (and yes.. the Spam Box too..) and can assure you that ‘Steve’ or whoever the manager is has NOT contacted me at any time. So, either he is being dishonest with you, or you are being dishonest with me… or, possibly, both..
2. I did ring your office on Wed 7th September around 11am (40 minutes after the incident) to complain, so that, plus the review, should not necessitate me ringing your office once more to raise my ‘queries’ should it? Got no response from that phone call in any event.
3. Not sure why you have referred to ‘reviewing CCTV footage’… unless it included audio recording (which it won’t..) it is not likely to take your understanding of events any further is it?… the incident was ‘verbal’ and you would not be able to hear what either of us said. Incidentally, are you as a business compliant with the legal requirements of cctv? I suspect not.
4. At ‘4.2’ Bedford has the lowest customer satisfaction rating of any of your branches other than Crawley at ‘4.1’. If you look at the 1* ratings for Bedford between the present and 2019 deliberate ‘unhelpful’ service plus attempts to overcharge customers are the two most common themes… witness as examples:

The common factor in all this (with the possible exception of ‘Carl’) is your current Manager at your Bedford branch…
5. Despite this you are still standing behind this guy who is costing your business money. It would therefore be futile to contact you further.

The guys were really helpful and fitted two tyres in quick time. I'd scoured the web for best prices and Just Tyres came up with the best price.

I had scheduled a 9:30 appointment and arrived at the center promptly. Upon arrival, the individual in charge informed me that they could not change my tires at that time and I would need to wait an additional 45 minutes. I was dissatisfied with my experience overall, particularly given the extended wait times. Ultimately, the work was completed by 11:30, which forced me to reorganize my schedule for the day.

Nice chaps , fitted my new Tyre's whilst we went for a breakfast in Morrisons ( which was awful).

Quick and efficient - 4 tyres changed in less than an hour. Booked my appointment and paid for the tyres online and so I just had to turn up at the centre at the appointment time. Friendly guys there too

I booked a tyre check. I visited the garage, the man in reception came out looked at my car from 6 foot away and said I need 4 tyres. He then quoted £600 ,I said I had seem them cheaper but he wasn't that bothered and may no attempt to do a deal . Waste of time

Went into Ampthill Road Bedford today. I needed tyre valves sorted as tyres started losing pressure on passenger side. I spoke to the man in reception, didn’t get his name. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, told me what was wrong, he said he would be able to sort out and would be about 20 minutes. I went off, came back 20 minutes and the car was sorted. Very please with the service and fingers crossed they don’t start losing pressure again. Thankyou, will use Just Tyres again in the future….

Good price, friendly and efficient service. Stated the tyre would be dealt with as soon as it arrives and it was.

The manager at this location is so knowledgeable, has great customer service and never tries to rip me off. I only bring my car to Just Tyres Bedford for these reasons

I booked some services in Bedford Garage that services have not been completed.
Attached are some documents.

When I booked the first 3 services, 2 free, and 1 paid £99.99, but when I arrived in the garage the manager told me that I need to pay for tracking for 4 wheels.
I paid for it £49.99 for it.
After a couple of minutes, the manager and the assistant told me that I needed a new tyre and the service will postponed.
When the new tires arrived I will book a new service again and I do not need to pay again because I paid for it.

When the tyres arrived I booked the service again, but the manager refused to make the service and was rude to me
Told me that don't remember.
I showed the invoice and the payment to the manager but he ignored me.

I need my money back £69.98 urgently.

Good service, pleasant staff at fitters and swift.

I ordered tyres online and booked a date to get them fitted. On arrival, I was told that they haven't been delivered yet. Like there are no phones or emails.
