Excellent attitude and service
Arranged for 4 tyres to be fitted on a Bank Holiday Monday. Was greeted politely and given timescale for work to be completed. Gave good insight to excessive wear on one wheel and provided me with the option to rectify (for a fee) which I accepted. Work was done and felt well looked after considering the little interaction that is usually needed.

NSF TPMS sensor replacement.
NSF TPMS sensor had died. Popped over to my local Just Tyres in Basingstoke as have used them many times in the past for new tyres, puncture repairs etc. Fantastic service, fast, helpful & informative. Can't rate them high enough. I will definitely be back the next time I need tyres. Many thanks.

Staff were polite and kept us informed…
Staff were polite and kept us informed of the delay we experienced. Hard work for two members of staff who also had to contend with answering the phone and dealing with walk in’s.

Service as it should be.
Good price, easy booking via website with clear opening hours. All the guys on site were polite and fitted tyres no fuss or dramas.I drove 29 miles to this branch as it is the nearest Just Tyres to me.Most tyre outlets in my area are pretty bad in both price quality of products service and manners.I will certainly be using Just tyres from now on, even with the distance involved.

Shocking, stay clear! Poorly run.
Shocking. Don't use them!
Manager walking around aimless.
Lads too busy on their phones.

Appointments not kept to.
