I popped in today for a tyre check as I had bumped my front tyre on a pavement quite hard.
Will, was great he told me all my tyres were legal limit except my spare. He changed it and helped to bash my inner iron wheel back in place. Great service will definitely go back if I need anything in the future!

Tyres on time work started right away just as well as it was very cold

This might not like the fanciest looking tyre shop in the World, but the service is. These guys really care about giving you the right service.

My tyre fitter was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He discussed my tyre choice with me before the fitting. He pointed out that my brake pads were a little worn and that I should keep an eye on them, without any pushy salesmanship. It's good that they don't 'gun' the wheelnuts on and off and that they hand torque on re-fitting the wheels. A very pleasant experience all-round, and at a reasonable price

Due to be fitted on Friday but as I was passing on the Wednesday I Popped in on the of chance they could fit me in after booking a new tyre online chap on desk very cheerful & fitted it for me straight away-would recommend just tyres as the cheapest priced tyre in the area for my car

Excellent customer service, friendly but professional, fixed my puncture without fuss. Fair price. Good communication.

The tyres, Pirelli PZ5's were booked on line, they arrived in store in a couple of days as planned and I was able to drive in and the car was started to be worked on at the agreed time.

Work completed in around a hour, again all as outlined.

All happy, would recommend.

All I can say is these lads are brilliant at what they do. They are very professional and accommodating. I have used them twice now and are very happy with the service I received.

I had a booked appointment and arrived 20 mins early. I left over two and a half hours later.
The price and service were fine but two people were not enough.
They didn’t take a breaks but kept coming to answer the phone and talk to people coming in asking for quotes.
On one side I felt sorry for them on the other I was cross as my entire morning was wasted.

I ordered two tyres on Friday 24th Oct. The company web site said they would be in any time from The following Monday so I booked for 9.30 Tuesday 28th.
I waited a short while before the fitter told me they hadn’t arrived. He made a phone call and was told they should be there by 11.00. As my wife had an appointment at 11.30 I said I couldn’t wait that long and would return later in the afternoon. I don’t think he was very happy because he had removed the wheels from the car and had stripped the old tyres off and that meant he needed to refit them and put them back on the car. Surely it would make common sense to check that the tyres had arrived before he started the job!!!
Other that that the staff were very friendly and efficient.
