Felt the person carrying out the work went out of his way to help me.

One tyre fitted wrong way round, picked up on mot. Bought 4 tyres from them several times now as regular customer.

When corrected they then scored my alloy wheel badly.

Customer service asked for more.details then no reply despite 4 emails

I now have to buy new wheel at 1300 or refurb one at 330!

Booked in advance and was able to drive in and be attended to immediately.

Friendly, helpful and quick. There was a bit of a mix up about the tyres to be fitted but they sorted it out quickly and made sure the job was done on time. Recommended.

I went for a free valve check, one of the valves was faulty and it was fixed free of charge.

Have used the Amersham branch many times and always good service.
And good luck to Sam who told me that he's just taken over the manager role there.

I went to get a puncture repaired the area manager give it to a young lad to do he managed to drill the outside and not meet the hole in the inside so he drilled another hole leaving the tyre unrepairable so leaving no choice on Saturday afternoon having to buy a £225 tyre and damaged my alloy
I made a complaint to head office and apparently the area manager was going to ring me back within 48 hours no phone call so I emailed customer services to escalate the complaint on Friday and no acknowledgement of anything just ignored me
I won't ever use this company again and what is the point of having a complaints department if they don't acknowledge you it's a gimmick

Booked & paid online so very easy to turn up on schedule & have work done quickly.

Competitive price, bookable appointment, fast turn around. Had two front tyres and puncture all sorted in under an hour. Nice smaller site where concentration is on tyres. Have used Kwik Fit sites in past but always kept waiting way past appointment time.

The Just Tyres web site correctly identifies the correct size of tyre for my car and offered a good selection of tyres at competitive prices. Booking a date & time for the tyres to be fitted locally was easy. The staff at the designated Just Tyres outlet were expecting my car on the chosen date and provided a quick, efficient and cheerful service. Great service

Car tyres were changed and tracking adjusted at the time booked online
The wheel nut torque and tracking settings rechecked 4days later and found to be all ok

Flexible on appointment time, took alloted time, notified completion and friendly and helpful.

Ordered a tyre online at 9am for same day fitting due to an emergency. Was given a 16:30 appointment so expected tyre to be ready for fitting at this time like you would with any other business you have an appointment with. Turns out the tyre didn’t arrive until 11am the following day. Beware the Just Tyres false advertisement online as according to the branch manager I spoke to this is a regular occurrence they don’t appear to want to fix. Just misleading customers and taking their money before they realise the claim of same day fitting is highly unlikely.
