Scammers…Keep trying to debit my account

They sent me an e-mail to rate them 4/5 and they will refund me, after giving them a rating they refunded me but debited my account again, membership was cancelled cos I was purchasing an item online but somehow ended up with them. They keep trying to debit my account but fail cos I have stopped online purchases, still sending me e-mails to give them a good rating on trustpilot so they can refund me.
