Two months to deliver!
Model took nearly two months to be ready for pick up!!! The item was fine when I got it, but the time it took to be delivered was ridiculous

Firstly, apologies that you had to wait for your products - we know that it's never great to wait!
Unfortunately due to the way our industry works, as well as the current market climate, sometimes we have to wait for those products to come into stock. We're beholden to what our distributors send to us and have very little control over it. Products are marked on our website appropriately to show when they are not in stock, so that it's clear these items won't be delivered in our usual fast turnaround.
In any case we're very sorry about your experience but hope you enjoyed the product!

I asked Just Play if they would join the Bits and mortar scheme so that when I ordered in an RPG book I’d also get access to the pdf for free. They had never heard of it but were more than happy to and signed themselves up. I now order my books from them and they’ve arrived much more quickly than I expected them to and I get the pdfs at the till. Top marks. They’ve also been very open to me running Warmachine tournaments at their store.

Refuse to give me what I ordered
They marked my order as collected when I have not collected it. I have emailed several times asking for the status of my order and they have not replied once. This is for something I ordered 10 months ago. I have also been in store to ask about this but they just said they didn’t have the item yet.

Due to the current market climate, and generally due to the way many of our distributors hold stock, sometimes we have to wait for those products to come in. Products are marked on our site to show when they're not in stock, so that it's clear these items won't be delivered as quick as we'd usually deliver them.
