My parcel arrived exactly when you said it would. Great size barrell for short hair. Two heat settings if you don't need it too hot.

Product was as expected

Absolutely appalling customer service and one of the worst post-purchase experiences I’ve had from an online fragrance retailer.

I ordered Gulf Orchid Sweet Heaven and French Avenue Royal Blend Sequoia Extrait from Justmylook and both fragrances arrived performing so poorly that I genuinely questioned whether there was a storage, degradation or batch issue. The scents were incredibly faint, had virtually no projection and disappeared extremely quickly, nowhere near the level of performance expected from these types of fragrances.

I contacted customer services in good faith to raise what I believed were legitimate product quality concerns. Rather than properly investigating the issue or showing any interest in customer satisfaction, I received a generic, dismissive response stating there were “no known issues” and that because the fragrances had been opened and tested, they would refuse a return or refund.

This logic is ridiculous, fragrances HAVE to be opened and tested in order to determine whether there is a problem with their performance. There is no other way to identify an issue such as poor longevity, weak projection, faulty atomisers, degraded stock or possible batch inconsistencies.

What disappointed me most was not even the fragrances themselves, but the complete lack of care, accountability or willingness to engage with the concerns raised. The response felt copy-and-paste, dismissive and entirely focused on avoiding responsibility rather than resolving a genuine customer issue.

I own a large fragrance collection and regularly purchase Arabian and extrait fragrances, so I know the difference between a subtle scent profile and products that are abnormally weak. These products were not remotely performing as expected, yet my concerns were effectively brushed aside.

Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence and it was only my second order with this site, and it will be my last and won’t ever use Justmylook again, I gave them opportunity to engage with me, and they chose not to, even after there basic non acknowledgement of my concerns I further responded politely to say felt that my concerns not been reasonably considered, and they ignored and didn’t respond. Poor quality control concerns combined with terrible aftercare and dismissive customer service is not a combination I would recommend to anyone.

Order delivered later than expected even having paid over £80 for royal mail 24 delivery - for whatever reason order was delivered by DPD instead and the courier had opened our front of house window and left the package inside the window sill leaving a major issue to the security of my property! I reached our to customer service to try and come to a resolve and whilst they acknowledged the couriers actions were extremely unprofessional and not meeting their standards - they would not offer any compensation.

This was my first time using just my look and i can safely say my last as clearly customer satisfaction and a safe professional courier service is not within their goals! **UPDATE **the customer care team reached out after i left my review and all they offered was 10% off on my next order...safe to say thats no where near acceptable!

Bought some Montblanc aftershaves as they were the best price online after a lot of research. Ordered at 6.30pm, the items had all arrived by 12.30pm the following day (and via Royal Mail, which was equally as surprising!) Doesn't get better than that! Would absolutely use again.
