Great follow-up and even better…

Great follow-up and even better customer service. I'm a new user and I work better with someone walking me through vs. watching a video. Harshul was patient and explained every questions clearly with out trying to rush me off the phone.

JustCall is brilliant

JustCall is a brilliant service and platform for our business. We make and receive hundreds of calls every month an the platform accurately records every call and text message, made, received and missed. It's exactly what we needed.

The service is exceptional by all the staff members we've worked with every time. They are quick to respond and pride themselves on solving any queries or issues.

I would recommend JustCall to any business.

Frustrating and unhelpful

We were really eager to setup and use JustCall for our business. For some reason they refused to share, they could not verify our business and canceled our account. They would not allow us to reinstate our account nor would they tell us why it was closed. As a legitimate business, this is a big concern because obviously we need to know why we wouldn't be approved for an account or what was wrong so we could correct it or know for future softwares we now need to search for. Frustrating and unhelpful.

Huge thanks to Amulya for being so helpful and going above and beyond to get our issues fixed. She even contacted an upstream provider to get us a phone number sooner. Huge thanks to her for her great support & customer service.

As for the platform itself it is a bit confusing to get started with initially and I wish they were more flexibe with the pricing specially for smaller businesses. Otherwise the platform works well and serves our purposes.
