Great Support on an Integration

Just call is a great ip phone tool. It is a modern tool with many complexities that can be difficult to naivgate. I recently had a great experience with Harshul. He was able to help me navigate through and troubleshoot the integration with Hubspot. What he showed me does not exist in the documentation and was very helpful in moving forward with our hubspot justcall implementation. Thank you!

I specifically took time out of my day…

I specifically took time out of my day to write this one star review because I am a life insurance agent and I want to switch from Call Rail to this service because chat GBT recommended it but It won't let me make a account because I don't have a business email been trying to get through the steps to talk to a live person for like 30 minutes thank you for wasting my time and there is no place to talk to customer service without the stupid work email useless service

The worst customer service experience

The worst customer service experience. I wanted to simply change the email on the owner account - they made me do this extensive verification to prove that I am the owner of the business. Their process is so incredibly convoluted - it created a delay in my business, for no reason what so ever. All for something as simple as changing the owners email. Wow - truly disapointing.

The service works really well

The service works really well. The customer support is very outstanding. They were very diligent and consistent on following back up with me. The user interface is very clean integrate seamless with pipes Drive and I have it connected to a bunch of other services that I’m using for CRM support and email management overall, I feel confident in my ability to do business with this app long-term any other future features would be amazing. Really hoping that they can customize the notetaker for the Google meetings but it’s not a big deal right now. I’m sure they will figure something out so that way it’s more customized towards my brand and business.

Great platform with lots of potential…

Great platform with lots of potential for growth with AI integrations. Customers service is excellent, and agents get back you right away with solutions. Amulya is the best. I'm still in a free trial period, but I don't know if I can go back to how I used to do things - I hope to onboard to full service soon. Thank you so much.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Just call SUCKS. For every tiny thing there's an upsell or something else you have to pay, you think the caller is only 90 per month and end up pay 800! The predictive dialer doesn't have basic features like a call again feature. It also takes forever to connect the call so most prospects will disconnect (which is why you need a call again feature). For the normal app and the sales dialer you need to buy separate numbers? They also force you to pay for local Prescence when the predictive dialer is already so much more expensive then competitors. When your "balance is low" it'll tell you before dialing each number, even though I don't need to have any balance to use the dialer since it's paid monthly. Overall so shit compared to other dialers like kixie
