Order blinds pretty seamlessly, but when they showed up they weren't even close to the dimensions that were ordered. Then the horror story begins, the return process. Can't get a return label online, can't contact anyone through email, have to call. Try calling and every single customer service rep is in training. So you don't have anything that is automated and then you are going to put all your reps in training at the same time. NOPE just refund me I am done.

Blind was fine, delivery not.
Blind was fine. DHL delivery was not. Frequent notices came back as Package on Hold, or Exception, with no explanation why. Delivery was overdue by one week per DHL website even though package was at the local warehouse.

Thank you Just Blinds for providing great customer service and a great 1st time shopping experience! I am very pleased with my wooden and vertical blinds. I was a bit nervous about my measurements but everything fit perfectly and installation was easy. Two of the vanes were damaged, but the replacement process using the online chat was simple and they were delivered within the expected time frame. Would definitely order from Just Blinds again.

Did not receive blinds
I ordered my blinds 26/9/23 5 days ago I sent a email regarding progress, no answer and also next day, same result, since then have phoned and left a message, same result, I have had online message saying that there is a parcel waiting for me, but postage is owed, I dare not touch this, as this is a well known scam,if this is anything to do with just blinds, inept at best will update on progress.

Great quality, custom product! We are repeat customers and had purchased blinds for our previous home as well. Our order arrived quickly… my only feedback is that the order was delivered in multiple packages on different days, so it was confusing to confirm we had gotten everything. But otherwise a great experience.

I ordered 7 sets of blinds and the 2…
I ordered 7 sets of blinds and the 2 that were for my kitchen window were measurements 29 1/2 in height and when I received them the wand was 36in in height which looked ridiculous the wand is so long it rests on the countertop . I called and reported it and they told me they would reorder new wands , then on 10/6 I received a message that this is the smallest wand they make. I cannot believe you would attach a 36 in wand for 29 1/2 in blind . I have a picture that shows how ridiculous this looks !! Now I don’t know what I am going to do I spent a good amount of money for custom made blinds that should not look like this and your company says nothing can be done so I am stuck with ridiculous looking blinds !!

Plan to wait 7 months
I ordered in April, and the date kept getting pushed back, and then the pushed back date being guaranteed by the seller. After 5 months of stringing me along, I gave up on them. A truly horrendous experience

WARNING LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS
Originally had a great experience with Just Blinds in 2020.We had an issue with a couple of the blinds in 2022. Just Blinds replaced them as per their warranty. However, the replacement blinds were of a much lower quality than that of the original blinds. Now less than 10 month in and the replacements have broken. Have spoken to several people at Just Blinds and have been told each time there is nothing they can do. They no longer offer the original blinds and this is the new manufacturer. If this is the case, BE WARNED they are low quality, flimsy blinds of poor workmanship.
