Will NOT buy from again
Ordered 2 blinds, cost $750. Received in reasonable time. Correct brackets, were not in the package. Called for replacements. Told would be 7-10 days, which I felt was ridiculous for them to not be quicker on getting correct pieces to me. Agent states, everything comes from Mexico, and has to go thru customs. Small part, and how do you not get such a simple basic part, correctly in the package. If blinds were for a client, would cost me $$, as well as create an unhappy customer, I would have to deal with. Fast forward couple days, receive an email that my parts order is being processed (not shipped), and allow 3 weeks for delivery. “3 WEEKS”. No email, no chat (says 8AM - 11-PM, but never any agents available). Only option is to call, and get no satisfaction.

Did not realize they were shipped from Mexico so it took longer than I thought. One package was diverted from Oregon across to Connecticut and then back taking over 3 weeks.

1. Roman shade bracket is poorly designed, and forces the shade to be almost 3 inches from the surface, so blackout shades are not able to block out light enough, and you pay extra for blackout.
2. Cord is behind the shade on the glass side, so you have to reach behind the shade to raise/lower.
3. Calling customer service they just read the ‘script’ and will not work with you unless you’ve purchased their ‘deluxe’ warranty at $30/blind.
4. They will not accept returns, even when you prove their product is inferior
5. The bracket is designed that you must mount it to the shade, mark the install location, remove the bracket, mount it, and then remount the blind, and not be more than 1/16” off! The bracket has a stud mounted to it and requires exacting mount. Also, they only include 2” screws, and if going into wood, you cannot use the included hardware.
6. I would caution anyone to be leery and do not buy from them.
No support for inferior product once it breaks
They're product broke after 3 year warranty is up and they won't support with replacement parts even if I offer to pay. They tell you to look at fixmyblinds.com. This site doesn't have the parts for a self lifting roman shade with no chord. I paid $400 and they recommend I purchase another one from them after 4 years and cannot send out replacement parts. WHy in the world do they think they will ever get repeat business. What is the point? Horrible business model.

Ordered the blinds but needed different sort of clamps than what came in the box since the blinds need to be held from the sides ; not the top. Called customer service and they sent a new set of clamps. Took a long time for it to arrive but it’s all just fine.

Ordered blind on November 5 but did not receive it until December 21–7 weeks. I was promised a 3-week delivery date. I called on week 4 and was told item would be shipped immediately. No shipping updates-nor explanation. Hardware for blinds was useless and I had to replace it. Mediocre quality

I ordered room darkening roller shades, custom size. When installed, I could see through them. They are very thin. Poor quality. Not worth the $56 I paid for them. I called to complain and was asked to send pictures. I did and shortly thereafter, I was told I got what I ordered. Poor customer service. Will not buy from them again.

I need more than 40 window treatments…
I need more than 40 window treatments for my home. Given the pricing, I thought Just Blinds might be a good option. Attempting to get Customer Service was not at all simple. I ordered than 15 samples, given the volume of window treatments I needed and paid for expedited shipping, and only received 1/2 the samples. After waiting more than two weeks, I got an email, that could not be replied to, asking how I liked my samples. I called Customer Service was on hold more than 20-minutes for a response; only be told they will ship no more than 10 samples at a time (per their fine print), ignore the rest of the order without any notice or comment. I was told I could re-order the samples I did not receive and try again. If this is the kind of pre-sales service they offer, I will find another supplier.
Overall great experience
Purchasing anything online can be quite daunting, and I felt I was taking a big gamble by ordering blinds from a new (to me) website. I ordered four of the woven wood shades in Sarasota Caramel. When they arrived my husband and I were shocked at how beautiful they were. The photos on the website aren't the clearest when choosing the color/design, so we were a bit nervous...but these exceeded our expectations. The installation was clear and simple, and we installed all 4 blinds pretty quickly. One caveat is the screws that came with were not great quality, and two did break and are now stuck in our window frame. So I recommend purchasing better quality ones from the hardware store before installing them! We also had an issue with one of our blinds not matching the other (it was uneven and measurements were off), but when I called to report this, they were happy to send a replacement at once. So, overall, we are happy with the blinds and customer service. A few things could be improved upon, but I still highly recommend the woven wood shades in sarasota caramel if you are looking for light-filtering bamboo-style window coverings.
