I paid £1 for a consult with a vet regardng my method on bandaging my pet birds leg to ensure it was safe as I wanted an expert opinion. Dont get me wrong, the advice was great and the vet i spoke to was very insightful - but i feel taken advantage of. It said a ' one time £1 payment' and checked my bank to see £26 taken. I only needed one consult and it said nowhere about subscribing when i paid the supposed £1. Cant pay my insurance now.

The operative was very unclear in his speaking to me. I had to keep asking him to repeat what he had said to the point that he seemed to become impatient with me. He gave me a new password but it did not work. He told me he would get Microsoft to talk to me by ringing me back. This did not happen and l waited all afternoon for the call as my problem was holding up my progress. I now believe that he had no intention of getting anyone to call me back. He just wanted to get rid of me!
I am left after spending 16 pounds & wasting hours waiting with no solutions.
