As a company, and the services they provide...no issues...you buy, they deliver swiftly. One could penny-pinch a little that they don't give enough real-world fit and wash/wear information...but this is an inherent part of marketing from all.
I have bought a number of pairs of JustWears over time, partly to see what all the hype was about, but really because at times you need specific undies for certain clothing or activities.
Now my appreciation: Even though on the initial wearing I felt a little over suspended, I can safely say that the Boxer Briefs and Trunk with the "Active" pouch are a revelation. Due to the nature of this fashionable fitted underwear the pouch is definitely a plus. The only mild problem that I have issue with is that thigh ride-up can occur. However, if there was more compression, i.e. tighter, you would feel it and they would be less comfortable...swings and roundabouts.
I have also tried the Trunk "Pro" (without pouch), and lets just say my chaps were completely unsupported and free to go wherever, and I thought on occasions that I would sit on myself. The ride-up was awful too. I would say the "Pro" offering was more inline with what you could get elsewhere, so pass.
Finally I have a few pairs of the brief, which are more conventional, but extremely comfortable for exercising and cycling in.

I ordered 3 new pairs a couple of weeks back and put them in my underpants drawer. When I put the first pair on it was obvious that they were tight so I checked the size on my older ones to find I had ordered the wrong size. I submitted an online enquiry form asking if they could be exchanged. I received a positive reply the following day asking me to return the 2 unworn pairs that would be replaced with 3 new pairs of the correct size once evidence of posting was provided. I am now the proud owner of 3 new pairs of the correct size only 3 days after raising my online request. Excellent underwear and fantastic customer service! Feeling extremely valued as a customer. Well done Joey at JustWears!!

Wow! The only word I have for this underwear. Me and my girlfriend love it! Is just another level of underwear. Comfy, breathable and last longer than your usual underwear. This is premium feeling for your kiwis and banana!
Fully recommend get a few to try and then change your whole wardrobe.

I hunted online to find suitable underwear which felt light and comfortable. I purchased a few pairs and have since gone onto buying more! It is all I wear! Very soft and comfortable

absolutely love the softness of these bra’s and I also purchased knickers to match. One of my bra’s tore at the seam and I have to say customer service replaced immediately I was very impressed with their service and great customer care. I have purchased quite a few items from this company because the quality and styling is excellent. On a number of occasions I have made enquiries regarding stock, colours etc. I have always had quick replies with answers to those queries. I don't think I've ever experienced a company that seems to care quite as much as JustWears do. Very impressed.

Extremely comfy underwear. I've been wearing them for a year and just purchased more.

The people and the products are amazing. I have been wearing just wear since it was a Kickstarter. By far the most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. I get 2 to 3 years out of each pair. I feel like that’s realistic given the fabric that makes this all work. You can’t have the most comfortable underwear you’ve ever had and expect them to last forever.

I bought in, and spent over £250 on briefs and socks over the years, honeymoon period has been relatively short lived.

They’re good products, but they do not last. Maybe 1-2 years use, tops. So many now are ripping free from the waistbands, holes in the socks. The material is weak not durable.

Complaining to the company will get you a few % off a new order but what’s the point when they’ll just fall apart again.

I'll split this in two. The company & the products.

JustWears were brilliant. Couldn't fault them when it came to customer care. I didn't like the fit of the 'trunks' I originally ordered, but a couple of emails back and forth and we figured the longer 'boxers' may be a better fit for me. They sent me a pair to try and I've now ordered two packs of them. These guys haven't got 100s of people waiting on the phone to solve your every issue. So be realistic & don't expect a 20 min response time. However the small number that do work in customer care will work with you to get things sorted. Just be patient.

Then there are the boxers themselves. Another five stars!! Superb when it comes to wicking away that moisture from your 'fruit'. And the material is so soft & comfortable. So much nicer than normal cotton boxers. The wife can't keep her hands off them , which, when I'm in them I certainly can't complain about ;-)

If your reading this, trying to decide if you should give them ago or not....I say go for it!!!

I haven't worn these long enough to really review the product but they feel great, beautiful packaging. I bought them on sale so a great price too. I had problems with the delivery but wasn't down to JustWears, Joel responded immediately and regularly and made an effort to ensure I got my order. Great customer service would recommend.

I've been waiting a long time for these knickers to be made. I actually tried on my partner's boxers as they looked so comfy ha ha. They certainly don't disappoint. They are amazing!!! I actually forget that I'm wearing them.
