I recently subscribed every month for my order of carnilove, this is working well, and every month my payment is taken and delivery usually next day, thank you so much for this service, its one less job I need to think about because jurrasic bark have it taken care off

Very quick delivery and excellent communication of delivery date

My usual supplier was out of the dog food we regularly order. After searching I found your website. Placed an order and it was delivered really quickly, no fuss. It was a very easy transaction.

I have ordered many times (and will continue to do so) - they offer a wide range of high quality dog foods and the delivery is super quick every time.

I ordered some dog food but accidentally got sent a different version of it (which can be a very easy mistake, only difference really is a different dog on the front of the packaging). I emailed them off the back of my order confirmation and got a response back from Josh who has great customer service and rectified the issue straight away. Will definitely order from here again, especially with the free next day delivery over a £45 spend

Can I just say how helpful and fabulous this company is. I'm a bit rubbish sometimes with being on time with getting food for my dogs because there's so much going on and need next day delivery and this company are fabulous! What I don't like is the offer on repeat orders 2 of my goldens are older I don't want to order excessively at their age so penalised with cost.

Previous orders with this company have been fine, but this time when I submitted the order the website said it would be delivered on 2nd Jan - it actually arrived 6th Jan. Also, they took the payment for it twice - I have advised them of that and they are now refunding the additional payment taken.

Courier badly let these guys down and sat on my delivery for several days. I contacted Jurassic Bark who resolved the issue very quickly and sent me a replacement on next day delivery with a different courier and then resolved the courier problems in the background. The customer service from Jurassic Bark was excellent and despite the initial delay I’ll be pleased to use them again as i know they will quickly resolve any problem should one arise.

Having visited the store in person when we lived in the area, we know that it's a wonderful shop run by some great people. As such, when we moved up North, we have continued to purchase our large bags of dog food from their site.

Easy to navigate site. Transactions are always quick and easy. Deliveries have been prompt and straight forward.

Would highly recommend this independent pet store.
