Very professional and easy to deal with

I contacted these guys on short notice after being let down by another company . They came within 45 mins and the guy got right to work. I kid you not within 12 mins he was done and out the door. Before paying he showed me that all the areas were left clean and he was polite.
I will use these again this year twice actually. I highly recommend them.

Perfect - service exactly as advertised, which you can’t always rely on these days.
Having submitted a quote request, I was contacted within 10 mins and a collection arranged for the following day. The team arrived on time, were friendly and removed everything with zero fuss. Yes, you pay more than you would for council collection but very reasonable for the service, including disposal of a fridge, and the flexibility.
I highly recommend and will use again.

Junk Bunk were absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. They contacted me back almost immediately, when I made an enquiry, in the evening! They booked me in straight away, for the very next morning. Their comms are brilliant-they kept in touch every step of the way and, most importantly, cleared all the rubbish, exactly as I requested & sent photos immediately, to verify. Highly recommend & will definitely use again!

I had never had to use a removal service before and tried a few companies that were disappointing because I had to chase them. But this company got back to be straight away. They were polite and efficient and on time. They cleared everything that had to be removed. I will definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Very good service. They didn't charge more then what was agreed beforehand unlike other companies that raise the price 40 percent after the job is done. The people that came to my flat today from JunkBunk, a man and a women, very nice people. I highly recommend. Thank you guys.

Straightforward. Have been looking for a decent rubbish clearance service in SE London for months. Finally! Clear communication, on time and price actually came at the lower end of what was quoted. Really happy with everything.

Was quoted £330-380 which seemed excessive but they could be here within a day. Sent pictures and descriptions of everything. They postponed the collection a day, which is ok as I wasn't in a hurry. When they arrived, they took new pictures and called back with a quote of £590 saying there's more than my pictures. There wasn't. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush so I just sent them out.

Firstly prices advertised on website bear no resemblance to the price that I was actually quoted. On top of this I was asked to send comprehensive photos which I did and received a quote of the basis of the photos. When the operatives turned up to do the work I received a message to pay another £40 on top of the £380 quoted which was already expensive or they would not do the work. I had tenants moving in and had no choice so was held to ransom. I have now found out that the local council offer a similar service at about 20% of the price. I would not recommend, shop around.
