I regularly buy from Junior Edition as I really enjoy their wide selection, amazing sale and priority shipping option. I recently had an issue with my order ( unusual with Junior Edition) and Rob went above and beyond to help me solve it . I will definitely buy again.

Junior Edition is the most amazing Kids shop!

I bought a polar bear that was to travel all the way to Australia. It got here in time and in one piece. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely buy from them again.

I purchase regularly from junior edition online, their sales are better than anyone else with incredible prices for Konges slojd. Their customer service is 10/10 always been happy especially with Rob who has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times :) thank you!!

Very quick in response to all my emails.
The web site is a breeze to look at.
They carry the best collection of children’s clothing at a great price.
Shipping is fast too.

This shop is great. Smiskis are increasingly difficult to find in the UK and this shop has the best selection at a reasonable price (matching the general price in the Uk due to demand and is the same as other genuine sellers). Rob from customer services was so helpful. I managed to get the smiski accessory chain at half the price it was being resold online and at other shops. My order was also dispatched promptly and packaged very well. Would buy again !

Really helpful on email and lovely website stocked with beautiful things

This is my 2nd order with Junior Edition and it was as seamless as my first experience. Really cannot recommend them enough. From placing the order to it arriving carefully packed and earlier than I was expecting. So once again 10/10.

Do not buy if not in Uk. I presumed when they had the already inflated prices in euro that they were equipped to sell outside the EU. They are not. 19.95 euro shipping (with UPS saver- really?) to Ireland with ups.. then 21.90 duties plus 18 euro UPS charges for dealing with customs as JE clearly couldn’t be bothered. I am returning unopened, as undelivered and expect a full refund.

Don’t normally write a review for stores online unless I have a bad experience but after reading all the negative reviews here, panicking about my order after placing it I thought I’d share a good one.

I ordered 4 items yesterday afternoon, my parcel was shipped rapid and I picked it up at my local DPD collection point less than 24 hours later.

All items as described and lovely.

My sonny angel was the only one I didn’t want out the set but, that’s not their fault that’s the luck of the draw.

I had a good experience and would recommend.

Ordered 2 items. One item had damaged packaging. Felt like a second hand item. It was a birthday present and couldn’t gtee a replacement would be here in time, really unhelpful person I email, tried to blame it on the courier company although the outer packaging was perfect. Will never order from here again!

Honestly, had an amazing experience shopping here! I placed an order yesterday afternoon and within the hour it was already shipped with DPD and it arrived the next day. They have an amazing selection of stock for really good prices. I will be recommending the shop to my friends and placing orders again in the future.

I had no problem at all with my order. It was shipped the next day and every item (hard to find tokidoki blind boxes) was received.

I am in the UK. This appears to be an independent businesses in the UK with a physical shop that also happens to offer online shopping. It is not a huge business like Amazon who have their own loopholes for international shipping and taxes.

I will probably order again, as they had lots of hard to find items in stock.

My items were stolen which the courier took full responsibility for. They said however that JE would have to make the claim on my behalf. Customer service was incredibly slow to get back to me, I had to constantly chase. They finally got back to me and said they could only refund me £26 of my £45 order as that was the ‘best they could do’?!. In the end I made a claim through my bank with all my proof and was refunded the full amount. Funny how they tried to make £20 off of my loss even though they could have refunded the full amount! Disgusting as I’ve been a returning customer for years, never again!! Do not shop here!!

Edit- I was contacted to say they could offer me the full refund in return of removing my review, again, funny how my refund could suddenly become available!

Fantastic customer service. Had an item that had a manufacturing flaw and this was dealt with in a personal manner which made me feel that they actually wanted to resolve the problem (which was not their fault). Within a couple of emails and a far less intrusive and demanding request for information, this was resolved perfectly. Thank you R.

I understand that taxes & duties have to be paid if you order something from England, but the amount is higher than my purchase amount 😳😳
The webshop does not clearly indicate that taxes & duties can be higher dan the order costs and does NOT clearly indicate this when purchasing.

You have to figure out what and how yourself and then you only find out upon delivery that it is 110% of your purchase amount and when you send an email they say: 'sorry your problem'
