There was a problem with my order, Jump on the vape returned my email immediately and the problem was dealt with quickly. Delivery of orders are fast. Definitely will be buying more from these guys.

Exemplary levels of customer service
There were delays on the shipment that i paid extra to get quicker but the staff provided an astounding level of service in sorting this out and not being hindered by me being grumpy (for which i then apologised).
Would recommend to all as customer service is beyond anytbjng i have experienced before
