Please don't use these agents! If I could give them zero, I would. They are shockingly unprofessional, unequipped to deal with even basic tasks and unhelpful at all levels. And their unfair uplifts on all maintenance charges are scandalous and unjustified. They are just not a good firm to deal with and there are other far more professional and efficient agents you could use.

Terrible property management experience
I've been using Julian Wadden to property manage my rental property since 2019 and they were initially great.
Over the last 2 years the whole experience has gone downhill to the point of me actively seeking to terminate my agreement.
Extortionate charges for renewals and remarketing and no vetting of tenants prior to offering, so the process of finding a new tenant can take longer than necessary.
Any fixes needed at the property are charged out at incredibly high rates. There does not seem to be a book of contractors that are re-used and any price quoted seems to be accepted.
Lots of issues treated as emergencies which require no approval and just incur further costs when works could easily be acquired cheaper (and often quicker)
Terrible attitude of property managers and lack of willingness to accept any wrongdoing.
Would not reccommend.

I have been under the care of Mia…
I have been under the care of Mia Aspinall for the last year as a tenant and she has been a godsend!
She has always dealt with anything promptly and with kindness even if the issues are difficult.
She is extremely professional and yet approaches things with a real human element which has put me at ease and has allowed me to feel able to reach out when needed.

So far so great!
I have been letting my property out, managed by Julian Wadden. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine and they have not disappointed me. The communication has been great, the invoicing very professional and overall being a landlord has been a low maintenance.
