Quick delivery, my husband loved his gift!!

I ordered a Canada Goose MacMillan Parka through Julian Fashion. Delivery was really fast, even though I did not opt for the express delivery.
Something that puts me off is why the original packaging from Canada Goose is not included. Basically the jacket arrived without any extra packaging, which you would usually receive from Canada Goose.
The price was really great though.

I'm knocking one star off though because the charge for UK delivery is £20.00 and returns, £32.00 which is unacceptable.
So you have to be very sure that what your ordering is going to fit.

Disappointed the item I purchased was NOT as pictured. I bought a pair of Margiela Tabi boots and the item pictured was a rich camel/tan color with dark tan/brown heels. The boots I received was a nude color in matte leather with very pale beige heels. I compared to the photos closely and it is not the same boot in the photos. The difference in coloring cannot be just from poor lighting. However I checked the serial numbers listed and they are the same. I paid nearly 25% in duties to receive this in the US so it would be a big loss for me to return.

I cannot trust to buy from Julian in the future if the photos are not accurate. Very disappointing.

Customer service sent me this reply: "As indicated in our policy:
5. PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTICS
5.1 The characteristics, photographs, and descriptions of the products on the Website are provided for informational purposes. While we aim to accurately represent each product, please note that they may not perfectly reflect the actual characteristics of the products due to variations in device display settings."

Furthermore, condescendingly, they sent me a screenshot of an accurate photo of the product from the Margiela website, that matches the item I received. Customer service reply said: "As you can see, the model you received matches the one you ordered. Furthermore, this model (S58WU0260P3753T4091) is listed with the images below on the official Maison Margiela website."

YES, I've already discovered this on my own after investigating why I received the wrong color. But this is not the color I bought based on the photos on the Julian website.

So basically they admit their product photos were incorrect and blame me, the customer, for not having double checked the serial number of the item with other websites. Outrageous.

The pair I received also arrived without a security tag that usually comes with Julian items, and a small scratch on the leather. So who knows if it was a return or a mix-up in their system. Either way, they are not offering any resolution for their false advertisement.

Excellent price and service. Delivery was quick as they came from Italy.

No hidden charges. Happy to recommend.
