Designing the miniature was effortless, it got exactly what i wanted in a 2d model, and the miniature arrived identical to the image depicted.

So, I've made three purchases so far, and this is by far the best result I've gotten. The first time around was great. I ordered a single figurine and it looks great but a little bit off-model, like, it's strangely not looking forward like it was in the picture. But nevertheless, it still looks like it should. The second time was a bit off as I'd ordered two characters with horns and for some reason, each one of them is missing a horn. They still look good, but I really have to wonder how that happened. It's why for this recent order where I took the risk of ordering four at once, I was worried about at last a couple in particular, yet they all look exactly like they should. These are actually perfect. I almost have no complaints, yeah, almost. The only criticism I have is that there is one particular figure that needed a stand, specifically a figure of Marina from Mischief Makers since her feet are too small to balance on any surface without leaning her up against something, and yet this is so far the only figure I've received from all three orders that didn't come with a stand. Every other figure I've ordered so far didn't really need the stand, yet the one lone figure that did didn't come with one. It's the only reason I took off a star because I was just led to believe all of your figures came with stands, so I'm seriously questioning how exactly this happened, if it was just a little oversight or what. It still looks great and as long as the figure is leaning against something, it's fine, but I feel like I shouldn't have had to do that.

I was really hesitant about ordering from here. However I was not disappointed at all the figure arrived and it looked exactly how I wanted it to. Definitely will order from again.

It was a great 3D realization of a 2D color illustration I created on an animation cell many years ago. I made a copy for a female acquaintance who got the joke.

The detail is very good based on the picture that was uploaded and rendered into 3D. Only downside is the size of the figure is much smaller than I was picturing. For the price, it would be nice to get something a bit bigger. Because I’d love to get another design done up into a 3D figure.

I requested merely the hair color on a figure to be darkened a bit (to light brown) which was clear in the photo sent, was assured by a reply it would be done when I received the proof. I was also emailed about the glasses on the figure (unsolicited) which ended up looking like goggles, definitely not representative of the original image, my concern was ignored. Checked to see if the hair color was fixed, was told yes, it didn't look like it so I asked again - no reply. The finished figure arrived with orangey-blond hair. I took care of this on my own with the appropriate acrylics for action figures, at this point I'm frustrated. I emailed twice to report this after I received the figure, especially when I was asked to rate the product in late July and received no response. There are definitely communication issues here by whoever replies to the buyer. I was going to order again but I don't trust the process at all. For the price of these figures, better attention should be paid to the buyer with clear messaging. I understand being in the art field, limited rounds of revisions obviously but this was a fail. I do not recommend this company. Beware and stay vigilant if you do order and request a revision. Ignoring emails is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have all the message trails to prove it.

You sent it to the wrong address! Then they said I needed to contact the postal service to try and get it back which required an APP 🤬 to use.

I was quite surprised that you could use an AI generated image and turn it into a miniature. I wish there were more ways to customize the miniature after it is transferred from the picture, but I am still learning how to use the system. If you could make a tutorial for using your site that would be amazing. Thanks again.

I created this toon in World of Warcraft 25 years ago, she is my Shadow Priest, and this captured her perfectly, thank you. I will also be getting another one soon

The entire transaction went very well, and the finished product was amazing. My wife loves it.

The human review caught a deliberate error I left in as a test so good on them for that. However the size I ordered said on-site it was good for most tabletop grids and it most certainly is not- as my mini is twice the size of standard D&D grids and minis.

The mini was exactly like the 3D i ask and receive in perfect condition with a lot of protection for the shipping. The reason why give 4/5 is that the color was more pale that the model but for the rest ... Strong mini solid.

It doesn’t have a base to stand up on its own.

The miniature did NOT match the color of the design. It was meant to look metallic and it turned out flat gray.

Honestly, $50 for a custom figure that's the size of a table top isn't worth it. Including the details. I couldve went to someone on Etsy who would've printed mine bigger at the same price, But everyones different I guess

The mini came in a timely manner and was well crafted. It, along with a smaller version of the same figure, now sit on my desk.
