The minis came out surprisingly close to the 3D model. The material feels solid and more rigid than the Wizkidz minis. The color is pretty close to the model but has a slightly faded look. Overall, I... See more

Describe it or upload a photo, and our AI designs it, our 3D artists finish it, and we print it in full color and ship it to your door. No design skills, no 3D software, no equipment needed. We make custom figurines and art toys from a pet photo, an original character, or just an idea, plus tabletop miniatures for DnD and RPG campaigns, custom artisan keycaps for mechanical keyboards, and crystal bracelets and shoe charms on jujubit.ai. Here is how it works: chat with JuJuBot or upload a photo and a 3D model is generated in seconds, or browse 30+ style templates if you would rather start from one, then spin and zoom the 3D preview before you order. Every ordered piece goes through Digital Crafting, where our professional 3D artists manually polish the mesh and structural details, and because we print in full color, nothing needs painting. A few things to expect. Everything is made to order, with production taking 7 to 10 business days, followed by shipping of 5 to 12 business days in the US, 10 to 25 internationally, or 3 to 7 with express for US$29.99. Standard shipping is US$9.99 in the US and US$12.99 international, and free over US$99. Weekends and local holidays do not count as business days. Colors on screen can differ from the printed piece. Sizes run from 4cm to 10cm based on what you choose at checkout, measured from the bottom of the base to the highest point, so a figure with a raised weapon, wings, or a tall base measures differently from a plain standing one. If scale matters for your game, leave a note on the order. You can change or cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. After that production has started, and since each piece is made for one person, returns and exchanges apply only under our refund policy. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us your order number and photos, and we will usually reprint or refund it, replying within 24 to 48 hours. You can contact us anytime at support@jujubit.ai. We also read and answer reviews here, including the critical ones.

Would use again, not often.
Ordered one mini on 08SEPT26, paid about 50USD. Received mini on 03OCT26. It's a good recreation of the source image I gave them, made out of resin (I'd give the resolution a 8/10) and painted better than I certainly could - in fact I'd give it a 10/10. I would use this again, but not not often due to the cost. It's a good thing DnD campaigns last years. I believe the model will too.

Luke, glad the recreation of your source image and the color came out that well for you. Understood that the cost makes this an occasional order, and good to hear you'd still use us again.
Very good will order in the future

Almost Perfect
First, I will say that the company is amazing. They are very responsive. We received a figure, and the back was not quite as shown in the original picture. They replaced it immediately and corrected the issue. The figure is soo cool and it's great that you can design your own! However, the details of the figure are not as crisp and defined as the original design. The details may look better if you purchase the larger figures. The figure is also quite matte and the color is very dull. It's not shiny and bright like the picture shows.

Glad the replacement fixed the back. On detail, printing at mini scale has physical limits on fine detail, so it comes out a bit softer than the image, and larger sizes do hold finer detail better. On color, screens and printing produce color in different ways, so a full-color print can look more muted than the image on screen.
Love it

I contacted JuJubit on 9/8 and paid for an item to be made. It is now 9/30 and they have not even started working on it. I did email them and they insured me that they are working on it. After I looked around and found other companies that does the same work as them I decided to cancel my order and since then they have not gotten back to me to refund my money being they could not get the order done they claimed they were overworked by oders if that is the case they need to change what they have in there website and the tracking info. Month and not even on first state so request a refund and have. It heard back from them since Monday

This size had printing issues.
I am assuming that due to the size of the mini, the print did not come out as it should have. A couple of parts were shaped incorrectly, and anything with spikes did not come out right. Some of the smaller parts were fused together. A shield that was attached to the mini came out warped. The color detail of the model was not added as well. I ordered a small mini to use for DnD, and the size fits well on tile grids.

Archie, sorry the shield came out warped, a few parts were misshapen or fused together, and the color detail didn't come through. Email support@jujubit.ai with PRIORITY and your order number in the subject, plus photos of the shield, the fused parts and the color. That's everything we need to check it against your order.

Jose, sorry the figure was much smaller than you expected for what you paid. Our standard sizes run from 4cm to 10cm, and we can also do custom sizes up to 30cm. This guide shows what each size looks like in hand: jujubit.ai/blogs/news/custom-figurine-size-guide
Excellent miniatures
Excellent miniatures. Produced exactly as I designed them, and of a great quality. My only note is the long delivery time, owing largely, I believe, to the fact that they are coming from China, and had to be processed through U.S. Customs.

I had originally ordered two figurines, while the quality was fine, I only ever received one of the two I ordered. I emailed support and they said they would send out the second figurine I ordered, to this day I have still not received my second one. My money was never refunded and what I ordered was never delivered, not a reputable company buyer beware

The pricing was fair and appropriate
The pricing was fair and appropriate, the details and colors were quite lovely. Only disappointment was that the head on the figure appears to be too small for the body. Looks quite awkward.

Received broken figures
The coloring was off and when I received the order three of the four figures were busted and I had to super glue two of them to the stand and one of them the arm was broke and super glued it back on. But they do look good and was considering getting a few more but with the cost of them and how my first order was received I don't think I can spend my money and have to fix them doesn't seem feasible.
