Still no refund after return – Avoid this store
I returned an item to JUICESTORE after receiving the wrong product. They provided a DHL return label, and the return was delivered and signed for on May 20th.
Despite multiple follow-up emails over several weeks (all ignored, though at least one was visibly opened), I have still not received a refund. Their customer support has been completely unresponsive since the return was received.
I’ve now escalated the issue through my credit card provider. It’s extremely disappointing to experience this kind of behavior from a supposedly reputable store.
If you're considering purchasing from JUICESTORE, think twice. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect proper customer service or accountability.
Avoid unless you're willing to take the risk.
